At Eldica’s Fun Club, we recognised that delivering quality childcare is about understanding the needs of each individual child. Getting to know the family and involving them in their child’s progress is a fundamental element of this using the expertise of our experienced staff. Parents at Eldica’s Fun Club are able to speak informally with staff on a regular basis when picking up or dropping off their child. We benefit from strong continuity in our users, allowing staff to build up good relationships with the children and their families. We regularly consult with the children when planning to ensure that the provision meets the needs of the community. Children suggest ideas for new activities and enjoy being a part of the planning process and seeing their ideas followed through.
