Just a polite reminder that all messages will be replied to within 24–48 hours.
Sometimes you may catch me at the right moment and receive an immediate response, but this isn’t always possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply before sending any further messages.
Also, please remember that just because you’ve seen a post go live doesn’t mean I’m actively online. Many of my posts are scheduled in advance, and I also work with a social media team who help manage my content. Seeing activity on my page does not mean I’m available to respond instantly.
I completely understand that you’re excited to hear back, but please be respectful while waiting for a response. Sending rude, demanding, or aggressive messages will not speed up a reply and may result in your message being ignored.
Like everyone else, I have a family and commitments outside of work, and I’m working hard to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Part of that includes stepping away from my phone and not being available on social media 24/7, which is why I have support managing my online presence.
