Fi Flo Hoops

Ive had a great time playing dress up over the last couple of months, but when asked me to facilate a hula hoop session as part of their Love Parks Week, I jumped at the chance!

We spent a lovely evening learning the art of waist hooping, had a play with off body hoop moves and did some Irish dancing (don't ask!)! I was blown away by how quickly everyone picked up their hoop skills! 💕✨ Thank you for having me!

Adventuring at Storms end! In the rush I forget any hula hoops but the lovely lady were staying with lent me not one but two hoops! 😍💜😁

This is my lovely client Tessa from who completed a four week course last year and is ready to do another one this year! Tessa wanted to focus on movement and connection to the hoop alongside doing something for herself. That is the beauty of private lessons, they can be tailored to you and what you want from them. We can focus on fitness, dance, creativity, flow and skill building. Ultimately it will be up to you what you want to get out of it!
