With Chocolate Festival of Wales in Llanidloes coming up, this feels like a good time for a reminder…

Llanidloes has its very own chocolate themed outdoor escape game!
We created Chocolate CATastrophe for last years festival, starring none other than Gibson from Oakshop Pets in his alter ego as Secret Agent 008.
It’s been available to play around Llanidloes all year, straight from your mobile phone.
So if you are heading into the Chocolate Festival on 24th October, you could eat chocolate AND help Gibson stop a chocolate based catastrophe.

Sounds like the purrrrfect day to us!

Y6 pupils took on our Magic Portal game at Newtown High School today as part of their transition day — a rather different way to explore their new surroundings!
And judging by these photos, the troll problem is well and truly sorted. 👍

We had another lovely day at Newtown High School yesterday , doing something that has become a bit of a tradition for us.
For the past five years, we’ve worked with the school to give Year 6 pupils a slightly different introduction to their new surroundings…
Instead of simply showing them around, we send them off to save the world!

Playing our outdoor escape game Magic Portal, teams have to explore the school site, find their way around, work together and solve a series of challenges along the way.
It’s a fun way to turn what can feel like a very big, unfamiliar school into somewhere that feels just that little bit more familiar before they start their next adventure.

We absolutely love being part of their transition — and seeing another group of brilliant young people racing around Newtown High School on a mission!

Here’s to year five of Magic Portal… and another world successfully saved!
