At our event today, we’re looking at introducing a reusable glass deposit system 🍻♻️
We recently saw this work really well at Superbooth in Berlin and thought it was a brilliant idea worth bringing to our own events.
Here’s how it would work:
You pay a small £1 deposit with your first drink, then:• Return your glass and get your £1 back• Or get another pint and keep it as a souvenir
Why are we considering it?✅ Less single-use plastic waste✅ Cleaner venues✅ Less rubbish on the floor✅ More sustainable events✅ Better drinking experience than flimsy plastic cups
We’re always looking for ways to improve the atmosphere while reducing the environmental impact of our events, and this feels like a positive step forward.
