🌿❤️🌿REAL WEDDINGS, THE RESTYLE WAY 🌿❤️🌿
Wishing the happy couple all the very best for a long and happy life together. 🤗 It really was a pleasure to meet you both, and an honour and privilege to be a small part of your special day.

This bank holiday weekend was a busy one for me. I had the pleasure of taking a trip to the Tickton Grange Country Hotel, near Beverly in East Yorkshire. Whilst I truly enjoy doing weddings everywhere, I particularly love doing weddings in the East Riding as it gives me a chance to catch up with the folks between setting up and taking down. 😊
This was my first time working with this venue and I have to say, this is truly a gem that comes highly recommended! The venue and the staff were all amazing, meaning everything ran totally smoothly and stress free. And trust me, when a supplier feels this way, it really bodes well for the bride and groom’s experience too. I’m really hoping to be going back there soon for another event! 🤞
Anyway, I digress. Back to the wedding décor. 😄
The couple opted for a really beautiful combination of dusty blue, peach and cream flowers, with gold accents and plenty of candles for atmosphere. From the outset, I was truly captivated by this colour combination and really excited to bring their dreams to life for them.
The bride requested a mix of table centres; the same storm lanterns were placed in floral-topped gold frames for three tables, and with coordinating floral wreaths around the base for the other 4 tables. Both were placed on dusty blue table runners. I have to say, I’m now a big fan of this mixed approach. It looked amazing! 😍
The florals were a huge hit … with the couple and the staff at the venue too. As always, my heart sang when staff mistook my florals for real flowers – one even had to touch them to check! That’s exactly what I aim for! 👌
On this occasion, the couple opted to take advantage of the ReStyle stationery package. Due to data privacy, I can’t show you the finished products in all their glory, but I have included a few pics with the names shaded out… just to give you a flavour.
As always, the décor extended beyond the dining tables and chairs. A beautiful white voile backdrop complete with curtain fairy lights and coordinating floral tiebacks provided a great photo opportunity. I’m thrilled to say the couple took full advantage, providing their own photo props.
Personalised welcome signs, seating plans and postbox helped to make the venue feel like theirs for the day. A pair of trees at the doors to the room provided a grand entrance, whilst foliage, candles and a big Mr and Mrs sign on the fireplace provided the perfect backdrop for both dining and the after party. A few coordinating bud vases in the bar area ensured guests still felt like they were at the wedding, even when they stepped outside the main room. 🤗
For me, the best bit of the day was the room reveal. The bride and groom clearly loved what I'd done, so I was delighted!
Please enjoy the photos. And if you like what you see, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and discuss your décor dreams with me. I can’t wait to do something amazing for you too! 😁
