New guidance on some of our machines. When you play one of these, a message comes on to ask if you are SELF-EXCLUDED. If you are NOT then press "I am NOT self-excluded" and carry on playing. If you ARE self-excluded then you must press "I am self-excluded". The machine will not let you play and a member of staff will return your stake. If you press accidentally, don't worry, a member of staff will come and reset the machine so that you can carry on playing.
