What a night last night! Wildtide you were (as always) AMAZING! You absolutely nailed Chasing Cars, so much here it is after being requested again at the end of the night.

Wish we got more videos but being so close to capacity throughout the night, made it very difficult.

We can’t wait to have you back in a few months!

🖤💛 ONE YEAR OF CJ’S BAR! 💛🖤

It’s actually quite hard to believe that one year ago today we opened the doors to CJ’s Bar for the first time.

When we started this journey, we honestly didn’t know exactly what the next 12 months would bring. There have been some amazing highs, some difficult days, plenty of stressful moments, a LOT of late nights 😂 and definitely a few occasions where we’ve wondered what on earth we’d got ourselves into!

But there have also been so many brilliant memories.

We’ve watched the bar grow, met some amazing people, made new friends and seen CJ’s become somewhere people come to have a drink, watch the football, play pool or darts, enjoy a band, grab some breakfast or simply have a laugh.

We also know we haven’t always got everything right — particularly over the last couple of weeks with the inconsistency of our opening hours and some of the services we’ve been able to offer.

For that, we genuinely are sorry.

We’re still learning, still trying to improve and still figuring things out as we go. But one thing that has never changed is how much we appreciate everyone who continues to support us. ❤️

To our customers — whether you’ve been coming in since day one or only discovered us recently — thank you.

To our regulars who have become friends — thank you.

And to our staff, family, friends, bands, suppliers and everyone else who has helped us behind the scenes, covered shifts, offered advice, fixed things, shared posts or simply been there when we needed someone — thank you.
