We’re missing the weekend already.

Who knew how much fun you could have by slamming a load of banging food traders in a beautiful location, curating a schedule of legendary chefs & bands, and then filling the site with you guys.

On Friday, Cai will be taking to the Fire Theatre to demonstrate the butchery and live fire cooking of a whole roe deer, sharing his knowledge of wild game, sustainability & open-fire cooking: one of the oldest techniques of preparing food.
