Silent disco Newquay walking tours is happening! This weekend!!☀️☀️☀️🚶‍♂️🎉🎧🎧🏖️..We’ve been working closely with the fantastic Emma from ‘energise with em’ to bring about Newquays first ever ‘Silent disco walking tour’.

How exciting!! 😄
Emma be running 90-minute Silent Disco Coastal Walks around Newquay, using silent disco headsets, with games, fun activities, and interesting local education along the way. Perfect for families, friends, and anyone who loves being outdoors.

✨ FREE Practice Walk – Saturday She’s looking for people to join her first practice walk in exchange for feedback, photos, and videos.

It's a Silent Disco Yoga Summer!

Join us on Fistral Beach for a stunning Silent Disco Yoga session, set to uplifting tunes streamed through wireless headphones, with the ocean right in front of us and the wide Cornish sky overhead.

This all-levels vinyasa flow will be led by Jen from Oceanflow Yoga, teaching through a headset mic so her voice sits perfectly over the music. You’ll be guided through a mindful and energising practice, with space to move at your own pace and soak up the beachside atmosphere.

No experience needed – we welcome complete beginners and offer easier variations throughout the class. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or you’re a regular, this is your chance to be part of something really special.
