🎙 Studio Tour! 🎙

At One Louder Studios, we want the best for the music we record. A massive part of this is our monitoring equipment, a set of Adam A77Xs, and the Yamaha NS-10Ms.

The A77Xs' provide us a shockingly clear sound that tells us exactly what is going on in the mix, and the NS-10Ms give us a sound more people are used too, and help us make every instrument clear and accounted for.

With this combination, we have recorded and mixed everything from the heaviest forms of death metal, to the soft, gental sounds of folk instrumentalists.

Typical shop opening times are 17:00 -21:00 but we have a constant live update on our website on the 'shop' tab.

Rock up and play! Every single one of our rehearsal rooms now includes a full backline, with a high-quality Tarian drum kit (including snare drum, Zildjian cymbals, and Tama hardware), a Laney guitar amp and Marshall cab (2 in the big room and studio), and a Laney bass amp and cab—all free to use with your booking.

Plus, you'll be running your vocals through Shure SM58 mics via a touchscreen powered Soundcraft UI24R mixer in to a powerful 4KW HK Audio PA system with subwoofers for huge, clear sound.

DJs of Newport - Level up your skills on the latest club standard equipment! We've installed the latest AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X players running through a Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 mixer.

You can use the decks for Self Service bookings in the Poster room, or add them to any other room with an Attended session. Get the pro experience you need for your next gig.

Fancy a sing song? I think we just have enough mics for ya!

You don't need to be a professional to use our practice rooms. Simply bring your phone/music player and play your favourite music loud enough to sing to. Bring your friends for a DIY karaoke session where no-one will complain about the noise!

Want to cosplay as Kurt Cobain, Olivia Rodrigo and Whitney Houston feat T-Pain? Then boy do we have the place for you to start parctising your tribute act!

Itching to make some noise? Why not come bang on our new Tarian kits?

Our smaller rooms each house a Mabinogion kit and a set of Zlidjan I family cymbals!

Feeling fancy? Looking to upgrade?

Book either our Big or Studio room which come with the lovely spalted beechwood kits. Pair these kits with our Zildjan K Dark cymbals for a high end playing experience! Our Ks are available to rent for any attended session as are our double kick pedals.

So come and be loud!! (Hearing protection available to buy in our on-site shop)
