Newnham Arts Fayre weekend is in just three weeks time and we have lots of exhibitions, music and culture for you to come along to and enjoy!
🌼 Thurs June 1st@SevernsidePress BnB🌼
- Join us at 6pm for drinks at Newnham Arts Fayre launch and the opening of the stunning exhibition Elements at the fabulous Severnside Press BnB.
- Then head on over to The Black Pig for an Arts Quiz special at 8pm.
🌼 Friday June 2nd 🌼
The exhibition Evolve will open spectacularly at the beautiful and newly restored George Community Cafe & Gallery. Please join us at 6pm for this first George Community Cafe & Gallery event to enjoy beautiful art, live music, food and drinks!
🌼 Saturday June 3rd 🌼
On Saturday morning we hope to hold an Arts Market On The Riverbank so please bring art to sell or swap and a picnic blanket to sit on at The Riverbank Promenade from 11am-2pm.
- At 2pm The George Choir will be singing sweetly at St Peter’s Church, Newnham
- At 3pm in Brightlands gardens, Brian Dimmock will again be entertaining us with his hilarious play Between Severn Tides. Tickets are available at £5 each at Casa Interiors and The George. (Please note there is no car parking).
- Saturday night we have a live music event at The Club - watch this space for more info to come and for tickets!
🌼 Sunday June 4th 🌼
- The Arts Market will continue on The Riverbank (weather permitting) from 11-2pm.
- Maria’s Garden Party at 2.30-5pm
Please come along to enjoy the fabulous music of The Rusty Tubs, Harris & Hughes and Butler & Blakeman, against the beautiful backdrop of Maria and Simon’s stunning garden views. Please bring a chair, a cushion and a drink….nibbles will be supplied by our wonderful hosts. Admission is free and tickets are limited - donations towards the running costs of Newnham Arts Fayre will be welcome and much appreciated at the event.
