This is a super rare Copeland Jardiniere and Stand 1850 we have been told by the Copeland Spode Museum.
The shape of this item first appeared in the earlier Copeland and Garrett period (1833 – 1847).
It has got its own history and been stapled and someones tried their hand at kintsugi but its still and wonderful piece.
Sadly the museum are not accessioning any additional items to their collection at present.
We may well put this into a specialist Auction
