Thank you to everybody who came to see Sapphire and Steel: Assignment Christmas in December 2023.
Your reservations after transaction charges amounted to £409.17
As promised, 100% of this is winging its way to registered charities.
Your support meant that we could help two community-based registered charities here in Newcastle, UK.
You raised:
£293.17 for Boho Arts - a new charity for a community arts centre which we introduced after the show and featured heavily in the souvenir programme. Read more here: https://linktr.ee/bohoartsncl?utm_source=linktree_admin_share
You raised:
£116 for St. George's in Jesmond who kindly helped us with rehearsal space and are upgrading their community hub for use by everyone.

My thanks to the cast who worked hard (and for free...in fact, at their own expense) at what was, let's be honest, an ambitious show bringing to a stage something never seen before.
And of course to everyone who worked on soundscape/tech/lighting/special fx and photography.
And to Prohibition Cabaret Bar for hosting us.
Some photos of the prize winners of the souvenir glassware from the free raffle were taken. I have posted the ones we took below.
Three more things:
Written feedback is always hard to get so if you saw the show and are able to comment in a few words on what you thought of it, please do so here - thank you.
I designed an 8-page souvenir programme and (deliberately) ordered one million of them. And I also had some coasters made (formerly, but less formally, known as beer mats).
If anybody is a completist and keen to have one (and there's no reason why you should!), if you want to buy me a KoFi that should just about cover postage wherever you are - at a flat rate wordwide for people from USA or elsewhere. I live near to a post office so it's good for my step count. Just let me know how many beer mats you want included (and tell me where to post them). They are pictured in the collage below.

I don't know about the future of the show (though I have an idea that I want to look into).
It's possible there may be an unrelated third and final Dark Christmas show (Assignment Christmas being the second) that takes priority. Who doesn't love a trilogy? (Rhetorical. Don't tell me below).
If you are at all interested please do FOLLOW this page or you may miss it.
And I think we can all agree, that would be a disaster.
Thanks again to everyone who supported our efforts.
