🎭 ANOTHER EXCITING STAGE ROLE FOR JESSICA PATTTINSON! 👻

We’re delighted to celebrate Forge member Jessica Pattinson (Jessica Pattinson) who will be taking to the stage with The Bondgate Players in Danny Robins’ chilling ghost story, 2:22 – A Ghost Story.

Jenny is convinced her new home is haunted. Every night at exactly 2:22am, strange noises echo through the house and a crying voice comes through her daughter’s baby monitor. Her sceptical husband doesn’t believe her, so Jenny challenges everyone at a dinner party to stay awake until 2:22am and discover the truth… 👀

A brilliant piece of contemporary theatre, and another fantastic opportunity for Jessica to get in front of a live audience and continue developing her craft.

Getting onto Spotlight is a brilliant milestone for any actor. It’s an important step in building a professional career and opening the door to new opportunities within the industry.

ANOTHER STAGE ROLE FOR LIAM WINSTANLEY! 🎭👏

We’re delighted to celebrate another exciting casting for Forge member Liam Winstanley (Liam Winstanley), who will be taking to the stage as ‘Nigel Lawrence’ in Love From a Stranger at the Little Theatre, Gateshead. (little_theatre_gateshead)

Liam will be performing from 5th–10th October, with tickets priced at £12.83, or £10.26 for Monday night.

Another fantastic opportunity for Liam to keep building his experience, developing his craft and getting in front of an audience. We love seeing our actors continuing to find opportunities to perform and grow. 👏🏼

ANOTHER FORGE ACTOR SIGNS WITH AN AGENT! 🎉⚒️

A massive congratulations to Craig Fletcher (Craig Fletcher), who has just signed with LCA Academy and Agency! (LCA Academy & Agency) 👏🏼

Signing with an agent is a huge milestone in any actor’s career, and one Craig has absolutely worked for.

Having only joined The Actors Forge in January, in just a few months he has gone from strength to strength. He’s secured his Spotlight status, invested in his professional headshots during our James Melia Weekender, continued developing his craft in class and now taken another huge step forward by securing representation. 🎯

This doesn’t happen by accident.

Craig has put the work in, taken every opportunity available to him and continued to develop both his skills and his professional profile. This is exactly what the journey is about.

Another exciting chapter for Forge member Charlotte Ridley! 🌻🎭

We’re delighted to celebrate Charlotte (Charlotteridley-Acting), who is preparing to take to the stage in Calendar Girls at Queen’s Hall Theatre, Hexham this November.

The production promises laughter, friendship and an extraordinary true story, with performances running from 19–21 November 2026.

And there’s even more to celebrate, with Charlotte also receiving a NODA nomination, another lovely recognition of her commitment to performing and her continued passion for the craft. 👏🏼

Whether it’s on stage, in class or taking on new challenges, Charlotte continues to throw herself into acting, and that’s exactly what we love to see.

Huge congratulations, Charlotte. Keep doing what you love! ❤️👏

A fantastic DOUBLE casting for Forge member David Hooper! 🎬⚔️

We’re delighted to celebrate with David (David Hooper | Actor), who has been cast as ‘Patrick Ruthven’ in the immersive film ‘Mary Queen of Scots: A Royal Conspiracy’.

Patrick Ruthven was a Scottish nobleman who became embroiled in a dangerous conspiracy at the heart of Mary, Queen of Scots’ royal court. 👑

David will be bringing the role to life as filming takes place at Thornbury Castle in Bristol this week!

Following that news, we can now also share that he has been cast as ‘Damian Cray’ in Red Brick War () being shot in Liverpool.

Damian Cray is a former Special Forces soldier turned private contractor cold, calculated and extremely capable.

And this is David’s first major run of film work since joining The Actors Forge. He’s only been with us a short time, but he’s already proving what hard work, talent and commitment can lead to.

Two very different characters. Two exciting productions. One amazing Forge member.

We couldn’t be prouder, David. What a way to make your mark! 👏🔥

MASTERCLASS ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 YVONNE LAWLOR CDG

She’s worked on projects including I May Destroy You, Shardlake, The Doll Factory, House of David and Mackenzie Crook’s BAFTA-winning Small Prophets.

Her own casting credits include the feature film Tamerlane and the upcoming feature Rolling Blackouts and a film she cast in the North East, A Woman of Good Abilities has just premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival.

On Saturday 12 September, Yvonne Lawlor CDG () is in our Studio in Newcastle to watch, redirect and engage with YOU!

This is not a talk. You will be in the room working, performing and learning.
