It’s our usual SuperSaturday groove today with FREE ENTRY ALL DAY (from 1pm-1am) for back-to-back soul, disco, R&B and dance - with a lineup of top DJs.

It’s LKP and Keith Martin (Steppin’ Out) from 3pm before the brilliant master-mixer STEPHEN LOVE takes the reins from 8pm for a Shakedown session of disco house for the city’s late night dancers.

🎬C’MON EVERYBODY🎬
Lock Stock & Two Smokin’ Barrels star Nick Moran, and Hollywood lead actor Jack Harris, joined the band (The Rock & Roll Preachers) on stage for some very special performances at last night’s Eddie Cochran film premiere afterparty. The evening, including the premiere of the film up the road with our friends at Tyneside Cinema, raised £3225 for the Sir Graham Wylie Foundation💚

We were also delighted to host the award-winning film’s director, Kirsty Bell (Goldfinch), and more of the cast, crew and execs. Members of the Buddy Holly estate, the President of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in Ohio, and charity head Sir Graham Wylie were in attendance too at a rock n roll party to remember…🎙️

Amphitrio have been going down a storm at Jazz festivals and venues across Europe and US. Newcastle, this is your chance to catch to catch them on their first UK tour.
