What an incredible evening at Alnwick Playhouse! ✨
Tonight, over 100 children from the Aln Alliance schools took to the stage and absolutely danced the Playhouse down in Beacon — a joyful celebration of creativity, courage, kindness, collaboration, environment and the arts.
After weeks of workshops, rehearsals and hard work across five Northumberland primary schools, it was inspiring to see the children shine with such confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
A huge congratulations to all of the young dancers from Swarland, Belford, Felton, Whittingham and Hipsburn Primary Schools.
Thank you to Alnwick Playhouse Creative Team and the Schools Go Free programme for championing opportunities that give children access to high-quality arts experiences and the chance to perform in a professional theatre.
And finally, thank you to everyone who has sent kind messages, good luck wishes and support throughout the project.
