Kids Shows at The Stand - Newcastle

The team behind our award-winning pantomime are back with the fastest and stupidest hour of alternative family comedy you’ll see all year! It ISN’T a panto, but it IS an absolute melee of songs, sketches, character and stand up from some of the best comedy performers in the region and, unlike lots of other Christmas shows it’s modern and affordable.

Hannah Walker and Lee Kyle are back from the original team (Northeast Theatre Guide’s Best Pantomime 2019) and are joined by Elaine Robertson and Kelly Rickard for a show that you must not miss.

We’ll be bringing fun for all ages without patronising the kids, come along and see something different this year.

Age Guidelines: 5+ is a guideline, not a restriction, but the show probably not best for under 4's.

Lucky/unfortunate enough to have been blessed/burdened with children?

Bring them to this at The Stand at noon on Saturday, it's definitely more fun than the thing you were planning on doing instead.

No kids will get gunged by the way, don't worry about that. I'll be gunging a comedian after one of them loses a game show.

TELL THE FAMILY, WE ARE BACK THIS CHRISTMAS!!!

Last year, The Stand Comedy Club in Newcastle presented it's first ever pantomime, Snow White 2, which was a huge hit, being named as one of the Northeast Theatre Guide's 3 most recommended pantos.

This year, the team are back... and what could be better than one panto? TWO PANTOS!

So, get ready for CINDERELLA AND THE BEANSTALK!

It's for all of the family, even people who don't like pantomime.

It's both alternative, with modern messages and great jokes but still crammed with loads of the classic stuff you'd expect (Oh yes it is).

It's affordable too, with early tickets priced £7 for adults and £5 for kids, so get yours NOW!

There are more shows than last year to fit you all, as well as a number of shows left unlisted for school and youth groups (If that's you, get in touch for group deals).
