Just a quick one as we still have more products to get out and I’m trying to do this as quickly as possible due to now the timeline
✅ We keep on getting asked for the link for photographs that are not watermarked. Here is the link. Please make sure before you put your photos on social media or your website you must watermark and that doesn’t mean just in the corner, It means on the whole product, please. The amount of contacts we are getting a day because people are not following this simple rule is absolutely crazy.

Please note on the website title on all pre-orders. It says when the item is due this is a rough estimate. We’re getting close to Christmas now so things are taken longer and there’s nothing we can do about that but just rest assure we are going as fast as we can and pushing supply every day to get your orders to you. But if you ordered something that originally said August, and now you go on the website and it says October that doesn’t mean your order has been pushed to October that means anyone placing an order right now their item is due October always refer to your confirmation email before contacting us if it says August then that could be any time at the end of August to the very start of September and those products are coming in any day.
📢📣❌ PLEASE STOP ADDING TO OUTSTANDING ORDERS
 we are still getting customers adding to their outstanding orders and this is not allowed anymore so you’re all getting an invoice for shipping!!!! we explained yesterday Your additional order is not covered by the shipping insurance and after losing an absolute fortune last week from a parcel going missing that had eight additional orders. We are no longer allowed on this. If you need to add outstanding orders, you must message me, with screenshots of your basket of what you would like to order and we will update your outstanding order an invoice you, this has a 50p admin charge
❤️🩷❤️🩷 I know lots are waiting for the Pink and Red North Pole range to come out over the next couple of days that has the Trains and Sleighs in. These items you will NOT be able to add to any outstanding orders as these will not be with us until November.

Please remember it’s Bank Holiday weekend and most wholesalers close for the weekend but we will not, will continue doing the pre-orders but we will also be trying to spend a little bit of quality time with Teddy. Not to feel sorry for us, but we were due to go on holiday this week and had to make the hard decision not to due to all the deliveries due in and orders needing to go out so we have changed it to second week in October.
So basically responses will be a lot longer. I won’t say we’re not responding until Tuesday but what will say responses will take longer so please be patient.
✅ Deliveries
We have a delivery coming Tuesday. It is for more velvet items, I just don’t know what as it seems because we placed that many massive orders the supplier decided to just sending boxes of items when they were ready and not when the whole order was complete. They thought they were doing me a favour hut not realising I technically need the whole order to get most of your orders out to you!
We should be due another delivery at some point next week too!
✅ Milk and cookie sets the supply couldn’t do the boxes and I really wanted these sets to have a box so you can make it into a nice gift set. I had to order the boxes with our box maker who has done our Santa boxes. I have had confirmation that these are arriving in the country over the next few days so hopefully I will have these at the end of next week. So any orders that are waiting for Santa boxes or Milk and Cookie sets we can start processing these soon as they still delivered comes in.
✅ The Santa tumblers are also due in the country, but it looks like the end of the week so they should be with me the start of the following week
✅ Santa Pyjamas I’m waiting on an update on these. I do know it has taken them longer to do the orders. But I will keep you updated on this one.
✅ North Pole Red and Pink range including the Train and Sleigh will hopefully go live on Monday and I will keep you all updated, but I will not be releasing the details of each product until they go live.
✅ I’ve also ordered 15,000 more houses, thought the poor supply was going to have a heart attack 🤣
✅ And I’m being asked for the cylinder tubs and I do have some of these in the works already, but I’m waiting on some confirmation before I can realise this information
Unless it’s something really important and hasn’t been answered here, please don’t contact us over the weekend expecting a response as we want to spend as much time with Teddy as possible and in between get some orders done.
