15 MONTHS OF PATIENCE, TRUST & TRANSFORMATION 🩷 SKIN CAMOUFLAGE TATTOO

Over the last 15 months, I’ve been working with my lovely client to carefully camouflage significant scarring and discolouration across his face. He had tried laser over the years and nothing had worked.

This type of work isn’t about simply covering a scar. It requires patience, careful planning and an extensive understanding of colour theory and colour correction.

The original discolouration contained strong purple - so the process involved gradually correcting and neutralising the colour over multiple sessions — moving from purple, to softer pink tones, and eventually towards a colour that could blend naturally with his surrounding skin.

Scar tissue can be unpredictable and every area of skin heals differently, which is why this was a gradual journey. After each session, we allowed the skin time to heal and assessed how the colour had settled before continuing with the next stage.

The goal was never to erase his history or create “perfect” skin, but to reduce the contrast and help the areas blend more naturally with his surrounding skin.

Seeing where we started compared with where we are now is honestly incredible. 🥹🩷

This lovely lady came to me following a breast uplift, where her natural areolas were left with scarring and quite pale in colour after her surgery.

Together, we created new areolas designed specifically for her — carefully considering size, shape, colour and placement, this is right after the first session. People need 2-3 sessions to cover scarring.

Using a combination of colour, shading and realistic detail, the aim is always to create something that looks as natural and individual as possible.

And because it’s the little details that make something feel truly you… i also added a tiny tattooed beauty spot. 🥰

Each individual hair is placed with intention, following the movement, direction and flow of real brow hair.
