The Milk Lizards

It may be a different kind of event this year but we can't forget our roots. The North East Coast's premier instrumental surf band bring their sample laiden, surf punk, twang and bang instrumentals once again. Ben's even driving up from that there London to play especially.

These two conflicting personalities blend twangy surf guitar, dirty garage blues and a hint of rockabilly, distilled in the back woods Sunland to produce their high proof moonshine rock 'n roll.

we're mixing ot up a bit for this years event.

Not officially 'Surf Bonanza #7' (due to the lack of available instrumental surf bands), we're hosting a matinee show featuring instrumental surf bands and bands with singers!

Headlining the show will be local legends, and surf pop pioneers, The Bubble Project. Playing their first gig since Nov 2011, they're re-forming for this one off gig to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
They'll be playing a special surf set, as well as a few hits too.
