We've now created an alladins cave of crafting..
Locally produced welsh wools
Rowan yarns, Sirdar, King Cole, James Brett, DMC threads and embroidery, haberdashery, needles hooks and notions.

You will find ALL wools yarns threads needles hooks and notions and haberdashery items under one roof in the welsh wool shop now.
Its an alladins cave of crafting!
We are now preparing the other side of the Unwind in Newcastle Emlyn coffee shop for more downstairs seating!

Please be patient while we get the wool shop as tidy as we can today!!

Cant wait for our relaxing after hours evenings to start up again!
Bring your knitting, crochet, sewing, or just yourself.. its a social for unwinding in that much loved third space in your life.. not home, not work but that relaxing in between space with friendships.

We are excited to reveal that our After hours evening club will be starting in September. We will be staying open late for crafting, reading, laptop work or just a social over cake and coffee. Time to unwind and relax with friends.

Tuesdays 2nd and 4th of the month 5.30pm until 9pm.

And we are getting the long awaited after school club off the ground in September too!

Every Tuesday from 4pm til 5.30pm. Parent or guardian to remain with children, no charge for the children just buy a cuppa while you relax and we craft with the kids!

I had a lot of fun this morning with the Plant Dewi Newcastle Emlyn families together group. We made yarn monsters... they turned out to be quite fun and many many little colourful monsters were created!
Im looking forward to doing some more of these craft sessions with them soon!

One of your favourite DK yarns is back in the shop! Our beautiful Dutch spotted sheeps wool has been spun into another beautiful batch of yarn by Curlew Weavers.
Ive started some dye lots too. The deep natural iron grey wool, takes the dye into a beautiful world of deep heathered hues.
Rust, forest, deep seas and floral hedgerows.
It glides off the needles and is a fast knit. I know many of you have been awaiting the next mill run! Just in time for the start of our favourite season..... knitting season begins again!!

We aee so excited that the Llandovery sheep festival is happening on September 19th! We will be at the event with some of our regular flockstars!!

Ahh I am a bit sad... today was the last of our summer holiday, children's crafts workshops. And I've thoroughly enjoyed every one of them.
The children have been so lovely, and made new friends, swapped numbers and will stay in touch with eachother.
They've all gained skills in using a sewing machine, knitting and crochet.
We are now thinking we should definitely start the after school club in September!
