Restorative Yoga on Tuesday with Rachel Windsor Yoga
7pm - 9pm
Gentle, calming, relaxing for both body and mind.
Using props such as bolsters, cushions, blankets and blocks, this practice allows your muscles to completely surrender and relax, which resets your nervous system and brings you into stillness.
It releases chronic tension in your muscles and joints and aids the body's natural healing process.
An evening Restorative Yoga session can take you from a full on, stressful, busy day and prepare you for a peaceful night's sleep π€
