📢 A POLITE REMINDER TO ALL OUR STALLHOLDERS ❤️
We just wanted to take a moment to share a little reminder and hopefully give you an insight into what goes on behind the scenes when organising our markets.
Firstly, we completely understand that life happens. Things crop up unexpectedly, plans change, and sometimes last-minute cancellations are unavoidable. We fully accept and appreciate that, and we would never want anyone to feel otherwise.
However, what you don't always see is the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make these events happen.
From advertising and promoting the markets, arranging stallholders, organising tables and layouts, liaising with councils and venues, answering enquiries and dealing with all the little things in between, there's quite a lot involved in making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for everyone.
And sometimes, we simply can't respond to messages straight away.
Please don't take this as us ignoring you, being dismissive or not appreciating your message. Quite often, we've read it, taken it on board and fully intended to reply when we have a moment.
But sometimes that moment gets lost amongst everything else!
The reality is that we both work full-time, alongside organising these markets. We also have our own families, personal commitments and things happening in our lives that we don't necessarily share publicly.
Just like everyone else, we have good days, difficult days and days when there simply aren't enough hours to get everything done.
We always try to remain professional, approachable and supportive, but ultimately we are only human. ❤️
Occasionally, a message may slip down the list or a reply gets forgotten. It's never intentional, and it certainly doesn't mean we don't value you or your support.
All we ask is for a little patience, understanding and the same kindness and consideration that we always try to show our stallholders.

To everyone who has supported Artisans Plus Pop-Up Markets and Collingham Craft Market, whether you've attended once or have been with us regularly, we genuinely appreciate you.
We know that attending markets is a commitment for you too. There's the preparation, stock, travelling, setting up and the uncertainty of how the day will go. We never take that commitment for granted.
Your continued support has been absolutely fantastic, and we really couldn't do these events without you.
As we look ahead to 2027, we sincerely hope you'll continue to be part of our markets as we work together to make them even better.
A little understanding goes a long way, and kindness costs nothing. ❤️
