They are all extremely highly trained within the Industry and would love to pass on their skills to you regardless of your age! A fun-filled day of stretching, strength, flexibility, balance, technique, games and lots of acro skills! Whether you’re new to acro or looking to build confidence and improve your technique, this workshop is the perfect way to spend the day.
