🌟 Staff Recognition Award 🌟

A huge congratulations to Carmelina Ford and Lyn Lewis from Gwyn Hall, who have been recognised with a Staff Recognition Award for their outstanding customer care and dedication.

Following a recent performance by The Fureys, we received some heartfelt feedback from a customer who wanted to thank the team for the exceptional support provided to their mother and her friend, both of whom have mobility issues.

The customer described the care and attention they received as "truly exceptional", sharing how the two ladies enjoyed a night they will always remember, reminiscing to the sounds of The Fureys while feeling genuinely looked after throughout their visit.
