STUDIO WORKSHOP AUDITION – Education, Education, Education by The Wardrobe Ensemble

Casting Brief: What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a collaborative ensemble cast of 8 performers. This production will heavily prioritise both naturalistic comic timing and dynamic physical theatre.
Characters:
• Tobias (The Narrator / Language Assistant) – Doubles as James Newton and Student Ensemble
• Emily Greenslade (The Rebel Student) – Anchored to Emily with minimal adult doubling
• Hugh Mills (The Headteacher) – Doubles as Tom Brennan, King Arthur and Student Ensemble
• Louise Turner (Head of Discipline) – Doubles as Kerry and Student Ensemble
• Sue Belltop-Doyle (Head of Year 11) – Primarily Sue throughout the production
• Paul McIntyre (History Tutor) – Doubles as Ben Vardy, Lancelot and Student Ensemble
• Timothy Pashley (PE Teacher) – Doubles as Tom England, Gareth and Student Ensemble
• Donna (School Receptionist) – Doubles as Guenevere and Student Ensemble

This audition is open to members and prospective new members.
Non-members must pay a £10 audition fee on the day. If cast, this fee will be deducted from membership.
