Two months today that Dieter left us.

Not an exciting image but I needed one to create a post. I worked in the studio yesterday for the first time since Dieter’s death, teaching a private pamphlet binding/introduction to bookbinding class for two delightful students. It felt good.

I am continuing to participate in the Llandeilo Arts Trail as Dieter would want this. However, the studio opening hours will now be slightly different to those shown in the brochure. See below:

In memory and celebration of Dieter

Dieter will be cremated on 14 July to the sound of Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good”. I’m not given a time so please just take a moment when you can during the day to play the song and think of him.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts, wishes and kind words. They mean a great deal to me. Don’t know how I’m going to get through this. There will be no funeral, just cremation and private scattering of ashes on our land. When I can cope, we’ll have a party to celebrate Dieter’s life.
