Have you always wanted to try ballet? Or perhaps you're looking for a gentle and fun way to move your body, improve your posture, and take an hour just for you?

Our adult ballet classes are encouraging and a completely judgment-free zone. Whether you're an absolute beginner, returning after years away, or simply looking for something different, you are welcome here.

Most dancers in this group started as total beginners… learnt their first plié, had their first wobble and wondered if they could really do this.

My answer is always yes 🙌🏽

You don’t need flexibility, experience or to look a certain way.

You just need the courage to start. Your future self might just thank you for it. 🩰✨
