“This space is so well thought out.”

Of all the lovely feedback we’ve had recently, this is my favourite. It came from a Grandmother who visited yesterday.

Because so much of what we do at M.O.M is very intentional but it isn’t always the stuff you necessarily notice.

We’re small on purpose. Our tables are laid out so you can sit, have a coffee and still see your child. Our menu is designed around what actually works when you’re out with little ones. The changing area is stocked with the things someone will inevitably have forgotten. We keep numbers low, even when we could squeeze more people in. We create groups and events because we want people to find their community here, not just somewhere for their children to play.

There are a hundred little decisions behind M.O.M that probably look like nothing at all from the outside.

So when somebody notices that the space feels thought out, it means such a lot.

Because it is. Very, very much. 🧸

We are BACK after a well deserved rest and really excited to welcome you all back in for stay and play and our mum and baby groups.

We’ve got spaces at 9 and 11am for stay and play and at 1:15pm for Active Babies.

If you need a coffee and a chance to sit down while they play, you’ll find us at 4 Somerset Square in Nailsea 🧸
