Six months of planning for 45 minutes led to a proper battle on Arthur's Seat! My PacePro strategy failed right at the start, forcing me to abandon the plan and run on raw power. I was redlining the entire time, immediately exceeding my Lactate Threshold (181 bpm), and hitting basically max power through the entire run.
The official finish line showed ⏱️ 51:57, but the heart rate strap showed 197 bpm Max HR 🔥 and a Top 19% ranking (95/503). I physically emptied the tank and found my limit. But that's life. Now I just need a rematch to prove the plan works!

That's a wrap on the Edinburgh Sunset Blast 7K! Had a really enjoyable time out there, even with the classic Edinburgh winds and my allergies putting up a fight. My goal was consistency, and you can see from my splits that I pretty much locked into an even pace. While I'm super happy to hit 35:53 (beating my 39-minute target!), there's definitely a part of me wondering if I should've thrown caution to the wind and gone for a harder push, even if it meant fading a bit at the end. Always learning! Still, a solid effort and a great way to spend a Saturday evening.

How to make way more money with Mavic Photography|||Charge $200/hr for drone photography like me doing some actual marketing and promotional work beyond the lame repetitive advice people always give about emailing and calling. Even if you are selling drone photos that aren't great (like me back when I made this) you will still get work because you are RELEVANT to what your clients want.

I sell drone photography and sell drone footage often just because it relates to what people jive with in my city because I live here, not because its the worlds best. You can do the same thing.
I know that the color is good in some and bad in other shots, I had a monitor with off gamma/saturation while I traveled and was too lazy to fix it all.

I'll follow this up with a video on what types of photos work for those freebies or handouts you want to create to promote with. These are panorama photos, edited in lightroom and shot using RAW - but I'll get into that next time.
