💕 We loved seeing this BBC article about a choir for new mums - showing how singing together can help lift mood, ease anxiety, and build genuine connection during those early months of motherhood.

At Soul Mama Choir, we see the same thing every week. A room full of mums taking time to breathe, sing, and reconnect - with themselves and with others who just get it.

Group singing isn’t just about the music. It’s about finding space to feel calm, supported and part of something bigger.

Singing and guitar lessons are starting again, along with Soul Sounds Choir and Soul Mama Choir.

We’re so looking forward to seeing everyone and beginning this new autumn term together! 🍂🎵

🎶 A little video of the amazing SOUL MAMA CHOIR! 💖

Some of our lovely Mamas are heading back to work come September, and I’m going to miss them – and their little ones – so much! 😢💕

It’s been such a wonderful experience running this choir and witnessing how singing has brought these incredible women and Mamas together, adding joy and laughter even through the tiredness and challenges of motherhood.

I’m so proud of this performance and how beautifully these women – these Mamas – sang! 🎤💫

✨ I can’t wait to welcome new Mums in September – to sing, laugh, and of course, enjoy a good brew and biscuit together! ☕🍪
