I've just completed this painting of Amble lifeboat with warkworth and the river in the background. I've donated to the fantastic volunteers who serve on the lifeboat hopefully to help their lifeboat day fundraiser. Well great news, ive received an email from the dovecote exhibition and all 3 of the paintings i submitted to show have now been sold.
You can still see them and many other great entries by many great artists until June 7th.

I've mentioned recently I've been doing a few request paintings, mainly as birthday gifts.
Here's one of them, a request came from one of the local fisherman's daughters to paint this for her dad's birthday. He now has it and both father and daughter are very happy with the results.
