Well it’s the 3rd Saturday of the month this weekend, so Cheviot Folk will be gathering at the Courtyard Barn in the Star in Harbottle for another night of music and friendly banter. Don’t be shy- we love all kinds of music from traditional to Americana, a bit of country or a bit of blues whatever you like to play we’re happy to listen. The Courtyard Barn at the Star in Harbottle will be buzzing with musical talent ( if you get yourselves along at 8 pm), so bring your instruments and voices and let’s give it another go. And we’re back! Cheviot folk night is tomorrow ( Saturday 21st March) - 8 pm in the Courtyard Barn at the Star Inn in Harbottle. There might be a nod to St Patrick but we’re happy with whatever you want to play. So come along tomorrow and join in- we’re a friendly bunch and you’ll be very welcome. See you there!

FEBRUARY FOLK CLUB CANCELLED

Hi folks- bad news I’m afraid- we have had to cancel the February folk night due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be back in March and we’ll make it up to you then😉. Please let anyone, who might have been coming, know.

Well the New Year has started, is your new resolution to get out and make some music, or maybe make some new friends? Then get yourself along to the Star in Harbottle on Cheviot Folk night ( 3rd Saturday of the month) this Saturday at 8 pm and join us in the Courtyard Barn. There’s a great bunch of people and a roaring fire, so if you like to play, sing or just listen, you will be very welcome. See you there- kick off 8 pm !

It’s nearly Xmas so let’s have a party! Get your glad rags on, tune up those instruments,loosen up the vocal cords and be prepared to sing. It’s a special time of year for friends to gather and celebrate the season and we can’t think of anything better than sharing it with you.
