Hi everyone,

I’ll try and keep it short and sweet but it will probably end up being a long one.

I’ve made the important decision to close Little Wonders. I made the group so that parents had somewhere to go with their children, to make friends, to feel like them again whilst they speak to other adults, to help parents with activity ideas and put a Montessori take on a playgroup - rather than the usual plastic toy. I feel like I succeeded in what I aimed to do. Lots of parents made new connections and mums who were afraid to leave the house last summer are now living their best lives feel more confident. You all have lots of play ideas, and now everywhere is back open again, I feel like it’s time for me to start concentrating on myself and my little family too.

I hope you all loved coming to our sessions and felt accepted and free to be you. I hope your children had the best time igniting their imaginations and getting extra messy. I want to thank every single one of you have came along, who shared something or even commented. All I wanted to do was help others, but it’s come to the time where I need to be selfish and put myself first. I hope you all appreciate that. It’s been very time consuming and costly and when it comes down to it, I’ve had to do what’s right and stop the group. I have refunded everyone for all of your upcoming sessions - even the ones purchased with credit. Please note that on your bookwhen account it might say that I’ve recorded a cancellation of £40 but you’ve only received £10 - this is because it was recording cancellations for the entire booking, including ones you have already attended. Also your refund may come through on a slightly different PayPal transaction if you had credit - this is because I needed to use the highest transaction to issue a refund for the right amount. I hope that all makes sense.

I won’t be on the little wonders pages and I don’t go on Facebook messenger. I have an absurd amount of ingredients which all needs to be used 💛

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful time.

Refunds for all January sessions have begun to be processed. They won’t all be done today as the children are at school so please bare with me.

I have four of the huge plastic storage containers full to the brim of ingredients. If you’d like to order an at home sensory/messy play tuff tray kit please don’t hesitate to contact me 😊

The kit includes - tuff tray and toy hire as well as ingredients.
They are £15 for one and then £10 thereafter. (Surplus charge for certain trays like the Icecream trays, pizza making and cakes) They contain instructions on how to create them - which gives you lots of ability to make your own creations.

There’s lots of choice and I can put them together so they are suitable for age - completely taste safe or containing small parts for more small work and tinker tray type play for over threes.

Hi guys,

Unfortunately all January sessions including hall sessions are now cancelled.

I will be refunding everyone for their sessions but it's going to take me a while as there's a lot to go through and it's something I'm going to do after christmas. I hope you all don't mind. I've spent 6 months at the group or doing things for the group most days. Please do not contact me about refunds as I will get round to everyone.

Something I'm going to offer though as I have a tonne of ingredients to get through - only from January.

Tuff tray set up hire -
I'll put together in a plastic container everything you need for a set up including toys and ingredients etc.
I'll print off instructions on what to do and how to do it.
And hire of the tuff tray.
You'll need to collect this and drop this off yourself.
£15 for the first tray and £8 for each one afterwards. If you would like ice-cream, pizza making or tea party trays they will cost slightly more.

Please note ingredients are limited so once they run out I may not be doing anymore.

Wooden play hire - £25 per day. -
Cannot be used with messy play or around food.
For indoor use only.
This fits in a car with all the seats down.

If anybody would like the blue tidlo kitchen, some chairs - which need cleaning but probably reupholstering and the shop keeper stall thing for free I need them gone tonight please as we no longer do clean play so we don’t need them there 😊

The only space available is for our story themed hall play session. It’s going to be amazing with soooo many different set ups. It’s a huge space so we can fit so many ideas in. It’s also cheaper than our sessions at the shop. I’d book sooner than later if you’d like to attend though as sessions have started to go really quickly.

There will be quite a lot of changes in the new year, just due to the amount of work we’ve been putting in. As you all know, it’s completely non profit. To the point we don’t get paid and still contribute towards costs. So every time you book it pushes us closer the goal of being able to offer full sessions to families from homestart and the food bank. Ensuring that all families can be included and invited to enjoy the fun at Little Wonders. Ever child deserves to come along 💛
