Tomorrow our team take part in the Walk & Talk, if anyone would like to make any last minute sponsors, no matter how small - we would really appreciate it! 🙏🏼

Half of the money raised goes to Montrose Community Trust, who do amazing charity work in our community! The other half will be put towards new studio equipment for our dancers, stretching bands & blocks, acro mats etc.

AVAILABLE FOR HIRE

Our ground level building comes equipt with a reception area, disabled access toilets and two newly refurbed state of the art studios. Our main studio benefits from sprung flooring, music system & full height studio mirrors. Our smaller studio is now also available and is perfect for a more intimate space.

The space is great for all kinds of use - filming, fitness, toddler/sensory classes, music/MT rehearsals, dance, yoga etc.
