Monmouth Raft Race The annual Monmouth Raft Race being held on Sunday September 6th 2026 in aid of St David’s Hospice Care & other local good causes.

It’s a fun afternoon on the river. It starts at Noon at Monmouth Rowing Club (Just off the A40 at Monmouth) and is paddled over 6.5 miles down the beautiful River Wye to the finish at Tump Farm, Whitebrook, (courtesy of the Cullimore Family) where there is a Family Festival of entertainment and ample refreshment opportunities.

The 59th Monmouth Raft Race will be Sunday 6th September 2026.

The raft race is a fun afternoon on the river. It starts at Noon at Monmouth Rowing Club (Just off the A40 at Monmouth) and is paddled over 6.5 miles down the beautiful River Wye to the finish at Tump Farm, Whitebrook, (courtesy of the Cullimore Family) where there is a Family Festival of entertainment and ample refreshments & stalls.

Why not ask your employer, local pub, club or gather some friends together to enter a raft?

Constructing a raft and taking part is a great team building activity. Lots of fun, good publicity, and in support of a very worthwhile cause: St David’s Hospice Care (together with other great local causes).
