Happy Friday all! Always embarrassed to ask, but your reviews make such a difference. I always get the loveliest feedback post-gigs, for which I'm truly grateful, but it's hard to capture this on a fb page. If you've heard me sing, I'd therefore be mega chuffed for a quick review. On Friday, I had the absolute pleasure of returning to The New Harp Inn, in Hoarwithy. I can't recommend this place highly enough. 🤩 The owners and staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly and the food leaves me drooling every time! 🤤Thank you so much to the lovely people who were there on the night - what a fabulously kind crowd you were! 🥰 Please continue to support local pubs and live music, people! 🍻🍔🥂🎤😘

I hate posting these kinds of videos, but have been told I don't post enough, so please be kind. 🙈
Anyway... here's my version of Sign of the Times. We recorded the vocals live straight into the laptop (behind me in the vid) to get better sound, then synced them with the video afterwards — so if it’s not perfectly matched in places, you know why!
I was painfully nervous before I started (very obvious from the beginning of the video 😅), but everyone at Hearts of Oak - Drybrook made it so much easier, so a massive thank you to everyone there that day. The crowd were unbelievably lovely and supportive, the sun was shining, the BBQ was lit, and it was just one of those perfect afternoons that remind you why pubs really are the heart of the community. ☀️
