Elite was launched in 2006 by Emma Knox and offers dance and fitness classes to adults and children in North Wales. The business has two distinct elements:

Elite School of Dance is a dancing school offering tuition in ballet, tap and modern jazz in the IDTA syllabus. These subjects can be studied for fun or with the prospect of following a career in
dance. Whatever the outcome, children are encouraged to work to their own ability, developing technique, maintaining fitness and building confidence, all of which are crucial to a young person's future development. Progression is achieved through regular examinations as well as full cast dance shows, performances at local events and opportunities to compete at dance competitions. Ancilliary classes are also run in street dance and dance fit to widen our pupil's dance experience. Elite Dance and Fitness is the part of Elite that focuses on classes for adults who wish to exercise in a fun and informal environment. All classes are held at our brand new studios in Mynydd Isa and is accessible to all, are low cost and are run by some of the most well respected and experienced instructors in the area. Weekly classes include aerobics, total tone, urban funk, supple strength, adult tap, dance fit, kettlebells, ab attack, metabolic fitness, ballet body sculpt, circuit, Zumba, Spinning and Pilates and the hugely popular 1000 Calorie Crunch!
