I’ve been working with this client for around a decade now, so it’s always great to see her, have a catch up and chat through some new ideas. This time we switched out her old daith ring and fitted this gorgeous solid gold Baloo ring by 😍 We also added something new, piercing her forward helix with this beautiful marquise cut cluster end from our friends over in the States. I absolutely love how this ear is coming together, and after nearly ten years of working on it together, it’s always exciting to add another little chapter. ✨

After carefully reopening an old, well healed piercing that my client thought had closed up for good, we were able to bring it back to life without needing to create a new piercing. These are always so much fun to do.

After careful consideration we settled on a "Sungi end" by Junipurr, featuring genuine malachite and sparkling zirconia, all beautifully set in solid 14k yellow gold. I absolutely love how the rich green tones of the malachite contrast against the warm gold. A perfect finish for a piercing with a second chance.

So busy, in fact, that I haven’t had a chance to take many photos recently.

If we’ve been working on a project together, made you something custom, fixed an old piercing, upgraded your jewellery, or done anything else you’re proud of, I’d love it if you popped into the studio when you’re passing so we can grab a few photos.

Had the absolute pleasure of completely restyling this ear today. ✨

The brief was simple: clean, shiny, and leave room for more jewellery in the future. I think we nailed it.

We decided to make the daith the focal point, using this stunning clicker featuring princess cut CZs with brilliant cut red CZ accents. It’s bold enough to stand out while still keeping the overall look clean and elegant.

I also downsized the lobe jewellery to sharpen the overall aesthetic and swapped the helix jewellery for a simple, classic ring that ties everything together beautifully. Sometimes less really is more.

One thing that’s just as important as how jewellery looks is how it performs. Like many people, my client had experienced itching and weeping caused by lower quality jewellery. By switching to our genuine, verified implant grade materials, those problems are now a thing of the past.

And finally… the sparkle. ✨

These are genuine crystals, not the cheaper alternatives that lose their shine after just a few weeks or months. With a simple clean, they’ll continue to sparkle for years. Don’t believe me? I have clients who have been wearing our crystal jewellery for well over 10 years, and after a quick clean they still look like they’ve just come out of the display cabinet.
