Biscuit actually has her hair stuck in the mangle, but is trying to not let Dotty know.
Biscuit tells big lies and looks slovenly and unkempt. She also smells like an old pond.
Dotty is suitably seated and quite glamorous.
Biscuit has a ratter dog which is annoying.

Dotty makes Biscuit listen to .
Biscuit doesn't know who he is. She thinks it's Dotty dressed up.

Women at war.... Ambulance drivers,mechanics, nurses, WRAF,war grave tenders, gardeners, chimney sweeps, office workers, munitionettes, airplane builders, photographers, clerks, nurses, tram and bus conductors, and many more jobs which were unthinkable prior to August 1914.
Dotty and Biscuit remember and celebrate these women and girls...
