Fully self contained, fully inclusive, flexible licensed secure large office or studio (easily sit three on big desks with storage) near Tesco’s at Milton, edge of Cambridge north. It’s an arts council support building with other creative businesses, science research and start ups, so is offered at an affordability rate specifically aimed at creatives or creative industries/ architects/ start ups, ethical businesses etc struggling to find space to work in Cambridge. Studios rarely come up here. This one is for tidier work, currently used by a glass artists, previous use as photographers studio and by an illustrator. We also support start ups and research. There is excellent WiFi in the building and 24 hr access space is fully secured and lockable, but facilities are basic with no meeting room etc. Toilets and common areas are cleaned and everything is serviced, but we are on a light industrial estate, so no glitz and glamour- no blue chip or meetings to dazzle. Easily fit two people working together as a studio or four plus working at desks. The floor is laid wood, which is why messy work such as large painting cant be undertaken in this space.
