On Tuesday 15th September, Dance Fit with Carys is doing a special charity class where all proceeds go to Prostate UK. Dads, brothers, husbands, mates basically any bloke!

We are so excited to be running our Moana Musical Theatre Workshop at Form Studios! 💙
If your child is 5–10 years old, come and join us for an afternoon of singing, dancing, acting, Moana-inspired games and crafts, and lots of fun!
🗓️ Friday 28th August
🕜 Drop off: 1:30pm
🕔 Pick up: 5pm, with a 10-minute performance at the end for parents to come and watch.
📍 Form Studios, Flitwick

We’d love to see lots of little Moanas and Mauis there! 🌊✨
