Saturday’s botanical Pot & Print workshop was kind of magical🌷✨

We set up in Amanda Silk Ceramics beautiful home studio, nestled in her gorgeous garden and explored both cyanotypes and ceramics! The group did such a good job, experimenting with lots of different plants and flowers to create beautiful prints as well as ceramic plaques and trinket boxes!

Some beautiful results from Thursday’s workshop at creative studio | workshops | Stony Stratford MK where we explored Lino printing.. onto fabric! So lovely to see returning customers (thank you!🥹) push their skills further on these workshops.

We had a range of designs created - including drawings by their grandchildren! So beautiful to see these come to life❤️ We first learnt how to transfer and carve the designs into Lino, before printing onto paper and then t shirts!

We’re launching our first mini course!!

This 3 week course will give you a chance to get stuck into printmaking! Designed for beginners, you will learn the basics of Drypoint, embossing and monoprinting. As you progress through the course, you will be encouraged to experiment and get creative, combining and developing your skills as you go.

This is perfect for anyone who wants to give printmaking a go but doesn’t know where to start. Use this as an opportunity to try out lots of different materials, equipment and techniques, without the tidy up afterwards!

Each session is guided, but with all abilities welcome, you are encouraged to take on your own style and develop your work as you like. No pressure to create masterpieces.. just come along, meet new people and have a couple of hours to yourself every week!
