Do you want a cover up done properly?
You don't want your old tattoo show through new piece of art with time?
Laser tattoo removal takes time, but its so worth it... You don't need to get it fully removed, but couple of sessions lightens old tattoo would let your artist to be not so limited on artistry could be offered
