Go for a walk around the frozen and chilled aisles of your local supermarket.

Go to the cinema; it's air conditioned. Do it in the morning at weekends and you might get the £2 seats for the kids films.

A quick update.

I expect it will be May before I'm back to running events again. Health problems fading into background. Giant Cell Arteritis to be precise.

𝗔𝗻 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹.

An update because I've been very quiet recently. After about 4 weeks of headaches and two visits to A&E, I was diagnosed with Temporal Arteritis. It knocked me flat for some weeks but am now getting back to normal. Normal service with events though, will take place from May onwards.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲 𝗚𝗼 𝗚𝗼 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻: 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗨𝗽.
