One thing I’ve learned after 31 years of DJing wedding events..

The songs you swear will fill the dancefloor often aren’t the ones that do.

I’ve seen many packed dancefloors over the years & also many empty ones.

For me, one of the best parts of every wedding is playing a song and suddenly seeing grandparents, parents and friends all singing the same words together.

What’s the one song that would GUARANTEE you get up and dance at a wedding?

No judgement, whether it’s Mr Brightside, Cha Cha Slide, Sweet Caroline, Freed From Desire, or something completely unexpected.

Finally reduced my lead bag down to a manageable size. I was taking every lead I own into each event. Now all I take is the leads for a classic disco. Just a quick trip back to the van if I need extra cables 🫣
