Alpaca fleece and Corriedale sheep’s wool, and a little olive oil soap. Even wrapped using reusable wrapping fabric 💝

In just under two weeks time I’ll be back FLÖ Spa & Wellbeing for an evening sauna hat workshop this time!

I do have a few hats for sale too if you can’t make this class and want a handmade, good quality wool sauna hat. And if you want some detailing doing to make it personal for you then that can also be added on so it’ll be completely unique ☺️

Sauna hats!

I love how funky .wellbeing saunas are about to get. Imagine if everyone had their own unique hat in there😆🕺

Next sauna hat workshop will be end of June, tbc. And one in my studio in Stony Sun 6th Sept.

When there’s a heatwave 🌞 your car becomes your sauna 🧖

There are endless benefits to a sauna hat, not only do they allow you to stay in the heat for longer so your brain doesn’t cook but they protect your hair and skin from drying out. Also! If you make your own you will learn the beautiful skill of wet felting and be able to make hats, bags, purses, jackets, accessories, basically a bunch of other cool stuff.

I’m such an advocate for this and I think the faster the world begins to move the more we must consciously choose to slow it down.

I’m wet felting a sauna hat here. You can buy one which has been shipped/flown from 5000 miles away and made in a factory, or spend a couple of hours learning a skill to make loads more things from locally sourced wool. Which would you choose?

I’m on a mission to bring fun nights to Milton Keynes in the form of creative workshops.

🧶 Crochet your very first granny square : the basics in so many patterns (also kids crochet is available as a monthly class)

👗 Lino-print your clothing with any design you choose

💦 wet felt abstract wool art

🌱 make a terrarium

🕯️ choose your essential oils unique to you for making an eco-candle

🎨 paint your friend using oil paints to produce a portrait like no other

🧖 wet felt a unique sauna hat with wording of your choice to make it your own.

You’ll be well looked after and waited upon with a glass of 🥂 🍷 🍺 or 🍸 or non-alcoholic options too!

The Friday just gone we had Emily from Tiny Terra MK come to teach.
