Wellbeing Wednesday and this is your reminder that wellbeing and be simply finding the thing that gives your mind space to breath. This simple creative activity as a straightforward format with no incorrect way of doing it. As you mind focuses on the task it allows it to disconnect from daily overwhelm and stress. Here's how to do it. I'd love to know if you give it a go... or drop a photo in the comments!

1. You take a piece of paper.
2. You draw a lines
3. You let them cross.

4. You round the corners and keep going.
5. Add some colour … and
6. Doodle some more adding lines and patterns.

No finished picture you’re trying to reach.
No overthinking, just following a plan
And somewhere between the first line and the last bit of colour, your head feels a little quieter. Best of all, it’s not even expensive, anyone can do this!

I didn’t have a grand plan for August.
I just went with the flow …
I made paintings, sketches and jewellery
I visited Wales, London, White Cube at Claydon House in Bucks.
I connected with friends, family and met new people at sketching and the gym and somewhere along the way, there were more ripples.
August reminded me who you surround yourself with matters.
I’ve realised I’m not particularly interested in making the biggest splash on my own.
I’d much rather be part of a shoal.
When smaller fish stick together, they can change the current.
They can travel further.
They can protect each other.
And they can create ripples far bigger than any one fish could make alone.
You don’t always need to know exactly where you’re going.
Sometimes you just need to keep swimming and then find the right people to swim with.

Thank you as always for being here and sharing this creative life with me .
