Everyone is so lovely and supportive as well as learning something new everyday and the new confidence you get from pole is incredible. 

Advice to anyone who has just booked a 4 week Intro at DG: 

You will have the best time and don’t stress it there’s no rush at all to get things straight away ☺️, your always learning but having fun the same time and building your confidence.

Signs that Summer is nearing it's end. DG Polers can be found in the wild, cavorting in their seasonal pyjamas...but still with great lines and perfect pointe'.
If you see one in the wild, you can feed them freeze dried strawberries in chocolate from Aldi (apparently), but keep a safe distance as they're strong enough to throw you.
